I always feel a little bummed out by games like this, because just as it gets you hooked it comes to an end. The third act especially was less difficult than the earlier two, even while introducing the coolest abilities.
Still, release-quality game design, really impressive! Hope this level of polish turns into something longer I can buy.
what an amazing game!! definitely following the gameboy spirit. The gameplay is pretty cool and innovative, reminescent of the zelda games on gameboy but with its own identity. Loved the music too and the sfx are top notch too!
Really enjoyed this game! Is the soundtrack available anywhere on it's own? The songs get stuck in my head and I keep restarting the game to get back to them.
I'm at a bit in the second stage where there's a key behind a mechanical gate it's very hard to target only the bottom crate. I thought I could use the summoned ghost to hold the button down but it goes past it. Some times the crates don't reappear. Am I just supposed to be lucky or am I missing something? There was a small gap where I could get by without falling into a pit.

I did get a bug in the third area. I teleported down a long stretch at the beginning and died. From then on, my character disappeared. Only my lantern was visible XD.
it's hard to describe but it's the right bottom side of the wall in the room with a ton of small cogs that spin and a teleport ghost going back and forth on the bottom half of the screen
I just spammed teleport a lot and one of them happened to teleport me there, I think I maybe teleported on the cog that's spinning and it moved me slightly outside of the wall for just a moment and then I teleported again immediately and the ghost went inside the wall, but this is speculation on my part, only thing that was special was me teleporting in rapid succession a lot and it just happened by accident
Very unique power system that makes for some fairly intriguing puzzles. I was confused in the beginning about captured ghost mechanic as well, but mostly because of I was using keyboard binds and the alternative for X is L and not J.
Cool game with amazing pixel art! The soundtrack feels a bit too arcade for my taste—maybe consider adding a spookier vibe, like the part of first stage's music. A tutorial would be helpful, as it took me a while to figure out that I could move boxes by shooting the ghost. It would also be nice to differentiate the moving box from the rest of the level, perhaps by altering its design. Lastly, consider changing the skull icon to a heart. Keep up the great work!

I think my only complaint is that I wish things like ricocheting the lantern could've been tutorialised a little better, but that's nitpicky at best

Great idea to combine a hookshot type weapon with a ricochet mechanic, it makes for a really fun and original concept!
I got to the teleport part and accidentally teleported into a wall and got stuck... very fun game though
